Terms of Service

Leadreferral (“Leadreferral”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office address and company number will be published here prior to general availability.

By accessing or using the Leadreferral platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you’re using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Leadreferral provides a white-label, multi-tenant referral platform. The Service includes the branded Member Hub, the approval queue, rule engine, ID verification (KYC), and payout orchestration via Stripe Connect Express.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for the activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring your end users (members) accept any terms you require of them. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscription fees are as published on our pricing page, in GBP, exclusive of VAT. Cash payouts via Stripe Connect incur a 2% Leadreferral fee on top of Stripe’s pass-through fees; account credit and discount voucher rewards have no Leadreferral fee.

We may change our prices on 30 days’ notice. Changes apply at the next renewal.

Cash payouts are processed by Stripe Connect Express. Stripe is a third-party payment processor. Leadreferral does not at any time take possession of payout funds. Use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are responsible for compliance with applicable tax law in your jurisdiction.

You will not use the Service to: (a) breach any applicable law; (b) infringe a third party’s rights; (c) send unsolicited marketing or otherwise breach UK GDPR / PECR; (d) run referral programmes that involve illegal goods or services; (e) attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where you upload personal data of your members or guests, you are the data controller and Leadreferral is the processor. We act on your documented instructions.

We own the Service and all intellectual property in it, excluding your content. You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Annual subscriptions are committed for the year with a 30-day refund window. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
