For UK dental practices

Up to £1,000 per Invisalign referral. Paid in cash, not a Costa voucher.

Leadreferral runs the referral programme your practice already runs — properly. Branded patient Member Hub, per-treatment rules, cash payouts via Stripe Connect, an audit trail your bookkeeper recognises.

Designed with UK private dental practice owners. GDC-aware copy templates. HMRC-aware payout caps.

Your hygienist tracks referrals on a sticky note.

Most private practices already run a refer-a-friend scheme. It lives in a notebook or a Google Sheet at the front desk. Two referrals get lost a month. One gets paid wrong. The patient who referred three friends quietly stops referring.

The fix is not better tracking. The fix is the payout. When a patient sees the cash land in their bank account, they refer again — and they tell three more people why.

Day-one feature set

What you get on day one.

A real product, not a pilot. Set it up in an afternoon. Pay your first patient by the end of the week.

Cash via Stripe Connect.

Stripe handles ID verification (KYC), the transfer, and the tax forms. Money lands in the patient's bank account, usually the next business day.

Per-treatment rules.

A different reward for Invisalign, implants, hygiene, and whitening. Rules trigger after the second appointment shows up, not on the first booking.

Launch in under a week.

Pre-built dental templates for Member Hub copy, the referee landing page, and the approval workflow. No designer, no developer, no agency.

GDC-aware copy templates.

Every patient-facing template is written with the GDC's advertising guidance in mind. You still own the message; we make it easier to stay compliant.

Bookkeeper-grade audit trail.

Every reward has an actor, a timestamp, and a reason. Export a CSV at year-end. Hand it to your accountant. No more guessing who got paid for what.

Works alongside your PMS.

Dentally, SOE, iSmile — your practice management system stays where it is. Leadreferral sits beside it. CSV import and webhook out cover the gaps.

Questions UK practice owners ask

Answered.

Is paying patients in cash for referrals GDC-compliant?

Patient-to-patient referral incentives are not prohibited by the GDC, but advertising must remain truthful and not exploit vulnerability. We provide copy templates designed with that guidance in mind. The final responsibility for compliance sits with the practice; we're not a legal advisor.

What about HMRC and tax for the patient?

Leadreferral issues each payout with a receipt that records the gross amount and any fees deducted. Stripe Connect Express collects tax-relevant ID and produces an export at year-end. Your accountant can use the CSV at year-end; we recommend a quick chat with them before launch.

Will this work with Dentally / SOE / iSmile?

Yes. Leadreferral sits beside your practice management system, not on top of it. CSV import covers patient lists; the webhook event stream covers state changes. We don't need a PMS integration to launch — a five-minute import is enough on day one.

How long until my first patient gets paid?

Most practices submit their first referral within seven days and pay their first patient within ten. Stripe Connect onboarding for the practice is the long pole — typically two to three business days for ID verification (KYC).

What if a patient doesn't want to give bank details for ID verification?

They can take an account credit on their next treatment, or a discount voucher to share with the referred friend. Cash is the default, not the only option.

What does it cost?

Growth at £199/mo covers a single private practice comfortably — up to 2,000 active patients, custom domain, cash payouts included. Multi-site groups move to Pro at £449. Cash payouts add 2% on top of Stripe Connect fees.
