How it works

Share, qualify, approve, pay out.

Every step of the member journey — every state transition, every payout — timestamped, audit-logged, and visible to the people who need to see it.

Step 01

The member shares a link.

Each member gets a Member Hub under your domain. They copy a personalised share link, send by WhatsApp or email, or print a QR for the front desk. No app to install. No Leadreferral branding.

Step 02

A guest lands and converts.

The referee landing page is your brand — your colours, your logo, your offer. The guest books, signs up, or shows up. We track the state from share-link to qualified conversion.

Step 03

You approve in one click.

Every referral lands in the approval queue. The owner or a designated approver reviews — match the visit, check fraud signals, approve. The action is logged with actor, timestamp, and reason.

Step 04

Stripe Connect pays out.

One click triggers Stripe Connect Express. The money lands in the member's bank or card. Stripe handles ID verification (KYC), tax forms, and compliance. You keep the receipt.

Every reward has a receipt.

Every reward, every state transition, every approval has an actor, a timestamp, and a reason. We will never ship a feature that quietly moves money. If your finance team can't read a receipt, we haven't shipped it.

Objections

Answered.

What if our front desk hates new software?

They never see Leadreferral. Members self-serve through the branded Member Hub; the approval queue is for the owner or finance lead. Front-desk training is a five-minute Loom.

How do you handle fraud?

Every referral has a fraud signal score — IP overlap, device fingerprint, time-on-page on the referee landing, and conversion velocity. You see the score; you decide whether to approve.

What if a member doesn't want to give bank details for KYC?

They can take an account credit or discount voucher instead. Cash is the default, not the only option. Members never see Leadreferral; they go through Stripe's own onboarding under your brand.

Can the rules change per location?

Yes. Each location can have its own programmes, tiers, and approval workflow. Growth supports up to three locations, Pro up to fifteen, Enterprise unlimited.

How do you stop a member referring themselves?

Email domain match, device match, payment-method match. The approval queue flags self-referrals before you ever see them.

What happens to a referral that never converts?

It expires on a configurable timer (default 60 days). Members see the status; you see the aggregate. Nothing rots in a spreadsheet.
